With a vision to express the cannabis plant in its purest form to the customers we serve, each member of the team has been carefully chosen to ensure our customers experience the quality and care we expect for ourselves. OCS leverages our vast network throughout the cannabis, distribution, manufacturing and retail industries to bring a higher level of quality and a luxury experience to our customers.

To help us continue to build on our vision, we are seeking a Cultivation Technician to ensure excellent plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest.

What You’ll Do:

● Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming

● Inspecting the plants

● Participating in cannabis harvest process including offloading, harvesting, and sanitizing

● Reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste

● Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery

● Disposing of waste according to strict compliance guidelines

● Hanging harvested materials and transporting hangers to racks

● Accurately weighing and recording post-harvest materials

● Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and trimming

● Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process

● Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures

What You Bring to the Table:

● Must be 21 or older

● At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment

● Experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment

● Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness

● Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs

● Good communication, both verbally and in writing

● Excellent attention to detail

● Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds

● Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus

● Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements

● Professional and respectful attitude towards others

● High school diploma or equivalent
